Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from OREI – THE KING OF DEALS. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and store credits. Please read it carefully.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items. Requests made outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for a Return
- 2.1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your request must meet one of the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or broken.
- You received the incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or product).
- 2.2. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products showing clear signs of use, manipulation, or damage caused by the customer may be rejected.
- 2.3. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for “change of mind.” The following items are also non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Digital products and downloadable content.
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Promo,” or “Clearance.”
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, you MUST follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact Us: Within the 7-day window, send an email to orei.suport@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Step 2: Provide Proof: In your email, you must include a clear description of the issue and attach high-quality photos or a video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. This proof is mandatory.
- Step 3: Await Instructions: Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions. Do NOT send any item back until you have received these instructions.
- We reserve the right to reject any return request that is suspected of fraud, abuse of our policy, or is submitted with insufficient evidence.
4. Refunds and Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- In some cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit or a partial refund as an alternative to a full refund. This will be communicated to you during the process.
5. Shipping Costs
- If your item is eligible for a return due to being damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For any other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Governing Law This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. By purchasing from our store, you agree to resolve any claims or disputes related to returns under the jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.
